Vichy-Reti-C claims to give you smoother skin and reduce the appearance wrinkles. This product is manufactured by Vichy Laboratories which was found in 1931. The company claims the product works because of the large amounts of Vitamin C and Retinol in the lotion. Another one of the ingredients is the Vichy Spa Water. The spa water comes from the Vichy Mountains located in France. This water has been used for many years to make skin smoother and healthier.

The Vichy Reti-C can be purchased from the company’s website for $35 plus shipping. The product comes in a .5 oz tube and is to be applied at bed time. The price of the small tube is quite high. They claim that after 28 days, all lines will be removed. They have no kind of guarantee or testimonies on their website.

Product Details

One of the main ingredients in Vichy Reti-C is the Vichy Spa Water. This ingredient comes from the Vichy Mountains which is filtered through volcanic layers. The water contains 15 mineral salts and has been used by dermatologists since the 17th century. Two more main ingredients found in this product are Vitamin C and Retinol. The formula contains very large amounts of these two ingredients. Vichy Reti-C is the only product on the market that contains this large amount of Vitamin C and Retinol.

When using Vitamin C as an ingredient in anti-aging products, studies have shown that a certain method of production will not provide benefit but rather potentially open the door for more harmful free radicals to create damage to the skin. Vitamin C is more beneficial to the skin when ingested from natural food sources.

None of these ingredients are anti-aging ingredients, so the product will not likely remove lines and make you look younger. There have been reports of the product causing break outs of acne. The company website is highly against this claim, stating their product does not cause any kind of acne or break outs. The product is priced really high for the small amount that you get. No guarantee along with that big price is a big turn off. This combined with the fact that they do not appear to have any testimonies from customers is a major reason we cannot recommend this product.

    vichy retinol c is no more in the danish stores,why is that? its the best creme you can get,the only place you get get it is in usa,and they dont send to denmark..where can i get the creme?
