ThermaFirm Face Lifting Cream is a product of the Avon Company and one in a long list of its Anew products. The Anew clinical line was designed specifically to address the effects of aging on the skin. Avon claims that the ThermaFirm cream will “tighten, firm and lift in just three days”. It also states that results show a more youthful face definition in four weeks with continued use showing an improvement in sagging skin and fine lines and wrinkles. It is important to note that these results were based on women’s perception of improvement after using the product. Only one actual clinical trial with measurable results is cited.
The ThermaFirm Face Lifting Cream is sold by Avon representatives worldwide, on the Avon website and through other online retailers. At the time of this review, the product sells for about $32. While Avon has always been known for its money back guarantee, we were unable to find information stating this policy on the company website. We are pleased to see that Avon provides both customer reviews and complete ingredient lists for their products on the Avon website.

The ingredient list for the Anew ThermaFirm Face Lifting Cream is a long one – too long to include every ingredient in this review. Our first concern is that such a long list of ingredients will greatly thwart the effectiveness of the active ingredients that are included. We prefer to see formulas that contain only a few proven, effective ingredients so that consumers can see the greatest benefit for their anti-aging dollars.
In perusing this long list of ingredients, we are also disappointed to find that there is not a single proven anti-aging ingredient in the mix. We encourage consumers to look for formulas that contain the patented anti-wrinkle agents matrixyl and argireline, soluble collagen and the proven skin hydrator hyaluronic acid. The Anew ThermaFirm Face Lifting Cream does not include any of these substances. However, it does contain some ingredients that may be potentially irritating to sensitive skin like fragrances and parabens. In fact, some of the reviews on the Anew ThermaFirm Face Lifting Cream have included customers who have had negative reactions to the formula in this product.

Avon fans may want to give the ThermaFirm Face Lifting Cream a try, but our opinion is that there is nothing in the formula that will offer the benefits promised by the company. We encourage consumers to look for proven ingredients in their anti-aging formulas to reap the greatest benefits, like those found in other anti-aging product lines.
I would go for this product immediately if someone would tell me whether or not it could be used to treat sagging tummy and thighs as well or is it ONLY exclusively for the face and nowhere else?

I’ve used this product for a long time. It definitely tones up my face and jawline. I stopped using it for a few weeks and the droopy jaws returned. I went back and began using it again! My jawline firmed up quickly.
Recently I gave my sister some to try and she is now using it regularly too. I’ve tried some of the newer Avon anti-aging products but this one is my favorite.
