Terralina is a relatively new skin care company, but since its birth in 2005, the founders of the company have been committed to providing high quality, safe skin care products. The company is devoted to providing formulas that are nearly all natural and free of potentially harmful ingredients like parabens and fragrance. Terralina offers a rather small product line that consists of a cleanser, toner and moisturizer for the face and a variety of body lotions. The company also offers the products in sets that offer consumers a savings on the products.
The Terralina website is fairly comprehensive and easy to navigate. We are pleased to see that the company has chosen to include customer testimonials and provide complete ingredient lists for the products. We believe that this information is essential in helping consumers make informed choices about their skin care. However, we are disappointed that we were unable to find evidence of a money back guarantee on the company website, since this also shows confidence in the company’s products and allows consumers to shop with that same confidence.
Product Details
For the purpose of this review, we will take a closer look at the Terralina Facial Moisturizer, since this product claims to improve skin’s elasticity and firmness and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The ingredients in the moisturizer include: Purified Water, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Squalane, Glycerin, Hydrogenated Olive Oil, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Olea Europaea (Olive) Leaf Extract, Ceramide 2, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Seed Extract, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract, Hydrolyzed Lupine Protein, Sodium PCA, Sodium Hyaluronate, Phenoxyethanol, Bisabolol, Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil Unsaponifiables, Cetyl Palmitate, Sorbitan Palmitate, Xanthan Gum, Ethylhexyl glycerin, Potassium Sorbate, Fragrance, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter).
We are pleased to see that this product contains sodium hyaluronate, which is a proven skin hydrator that helps the skin retain moistures and provides a smoother appearance with a reduction in fine lines. However, sodium hyaluronate on its own is not enough to diminish the appearance of wrinkles. This substance is most effective when it is combined with proven anti-wrinkle ingredients like matrixyl and argireline. This product does not appear to contain either.
The Good
- Terralina Facial Moisturizer has sodium hyaluronate.
- The company provides complete ingredient lists and customer testimonials.
The Bad
- We were unable to find a money back guarantee on the Terralina website.
- The moisturizer does not contain proven anti-wrinkle ingredients.
- The product line offers a fairly limited selection at this time.
The Bottom Line
We like that Terralina offers products with mostly natural ingredients without the potentially dangerous substances that other skin care products may include. However, we do not see any products in this line that are specifically designed to fight wrinkles and the effects of aging. We would recommend that consumers who want an anti-aging formula look for skin care lines that do offer a product targeted for this purpose.

(Optional- For Enhanced Results): Hydrolyze
Editor's Review: 4.6 / 5.0After looking at so many anti-aging treatments, we've seen that the delicate skin around the eyes can be a real problem area for many people. Dark circles can make you look years older, and for some people even a good night's sleep won't make them go away. That's why we were so excited to find Hydrolyze, which has been formulated by industry experts specifically as an under-eye treatment. The makers of Hydrolyze are so confident in their product that they offer potential users a Risk Free Trial so they can see the results for themselves. Hydrolyze contains the break-through ingredient Haloxyl, which has been shown to reduce under-eye discoloration between 40%-60% in a clinical case study. By offering consumers a way to erase the dark circles and wrinkles that often occur under the eyes, Hydrolyze is revolutionizing the skincare industry. >> Read more about Hydrolyze
