Overview
Relastin is a beauty products company that distributes three different anti-aging products. On the official website you will see that there is a Relastin Skin Revitalizer, Relastin Ultra Emollient, and Relastin Eye Silk. Usually when we come across a company that only creates a handful of specialized products, we can assume they are high quality because research and advertising isn't spread out over dozens of product lines.
All of the Relastin products claim to improve your skins natural elasticity, reduce all types of fine lines, moisturize, and help your skin produce collagen. The Relastin Skin Revitalizer is billed as a “light” anti-aging cream, the Eye Silk is specifically for the area around the eyes, and the Ultra Emollient is the premium anti-aging cream.
Relastin is a product line created by Revance Therapeutics. This company creates a handful of various product lines and specializes in biopharmaceuticals. Relastin is currently the only product line launched but research is underway on five other products according to the Revance website.
Product Details
Relastin claims to be able to get your skin to repair and replace the elastin in your skin. Elastin is a skin protein that gives your skin it's “bounce”. You develop wrinkles later in life because your elastin basically wears out. Relastin uses a “Zinc Firming Complex” that is absorbed deep in your skin and supposedly kick starts your elastin.
We can't find the full list of ingredients on the official Relastin website but the Ultra Emollient contains: Zinc Firming Complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and Peptides. The Skin Revitalizer lists all of the ingredients but the other two products don't. The firming complex is what claims to rebuild your elastin but vitamins A and C are supposed to help encourage collagen production also.

The Bottom Line
Relastin looks like it might be a decent line of products but there are tons of similar products available at a much lower price. We aren't sure if Relasting warrants spending so much money because third party reviews seem very mixed and don't really help with decision making. We do like how the website offers beauty tips and provides a ton of testimonials but it can be hard to rely on testimonials that are on a companies website. There is a trial available for Relastin and we suggest you give that a shot before buying all three products.
