ProVectin appears to be a peptide-based anti-aging skin treatment. In addition to a mysterious “triple peptide” complex, ProVectin also includes Hyaluronic acid, which has been shown to have some effect at combating free radical damage. However, too high concentrations of Hyaluronic acid tend to make skin severely sensitive to sunlight. Unfortunately, we were unable to discover an official manufacturer for ProVectin. The product seems to be available via numerous third-party distributors, both on-line and at the mall.
We do know that the product is officially marketed as “Skin Essentials ProVectin Plus Advanced Wrinkle Repair For Fine Lines and Deep Wrinkles.” It appears to be a cream intended for twice-daily application, in the morning, and then again in the evening. Apply ProVectin to your entire face after gently cleansing it using soap or your normal cleanser.

Unfortunately, given the lack of an official source of information, we were unable to determine the effect or composition of ProVectin’s much-hyped peptides.
The Good
- ProVectin is available from mainstream manufacturers like Walgreen’s.
- ProVectin is also available from numerous on-line retailers, and price-points seem to vary.
- ProVectin is always relatively inexpensive compared to other treatments on the market.
The Bad
- No official product manufacturer that we could find to act as a source of authentic info or to provide reliable customer care.
- Product contains parabens, which are a cheap type of preservative that has been linked to skin irritation in some users.
- No money back guarantee or free trial available from an official manufacturer.

The Bottom Line
We’re not very comfortable with ProVectin. Everyone wants Botox quality results without spending that kind of money or having to deal with needles, but ProVectin just doesn’t provide enough info to back up any claims. Taking into account the inclusion of parabens and the difficulty we’ve had in tracking down a manufacturer, and we’d have to recommend going with an anti-aging product that’s a bit more forthcoming.
