Pharmaskincare is an American skin care products manufacturer with several lines. Pharmaskincare bases its products on modern scientific research and centuries of observation. The Pharmaskincare lines include: Vita Line, Soy Line, AHA/C Complex, Botanica Vit Complex, PH C Complex, Active Principle Serums, Essential Oils, Derma Fix Protein, B-Tox Line, A Peel, AcneCare, Lightening and Men’s Care. With so many lines of skin care products, the consumer may be overwhelmed trying to choose the product that’s right for them.

All of the Pharmaskincare products are available for sale on the company’s website but there is no indication of any satisfaction guarantee being offered. We like to see those types of guarantees because they indicate that a company is willing to stand behind its products.

Product Details

We were disappointed by the amount of information provided about the Pharmaskincare products on their website. There is only a brief description and picture of each product. There does not appear to be a full ingredient list available. This puts the consumer at a disadvantage in two ways. The first is that it makes it difficult to determine the quality of the ingredients and whether there are any low-quality “fillers”. The second, and more important, reason is that those with skin allergies or sensitivities may not be able to assess whether the products contain ingredients that are likely to trigger allergies. Those with allergies may want to exercise caution before they are able to ascertain what is in these products.

The Pharmaskincare website does provide an overall glossary of ingredients. Many of the ingredients listed are common in middle-of-the-road skin care formulations. The one ingredient that stands out for us is hyaluronic acid or HA. HA can hold over 1,000 times its own weight in water and has been clinically-proven to deeply hydrate the skin. The best anti-aging products team HA up with collagen and peptides like Matrixyl 3000, which stimulates the body’s own production of collagen and elastin, and Argiriline, which penetrates sub-dermally to relax facial muscles that underlay wrinkles.

Pharmaskincare produces so many products that one wonders how it can ensure that each and every formulation is as effective as it can be. Reviewing the overall glossary of ingredients suggests to us that there is nothing about the Pharmaskincare products that set them apart from the pack, other than price, that is. For example, a one-half ounce jar of Vita B-Tox Advanced Deep Wrinkle Serum is $250.00. Fortunately, there are other anti-wrinkle products on the market that are proven effective and do not require you to hawk your jewelry to be able to afford them. You may wish to research other products further before settling on these.
