According to online retailers’ websites, the ingredients in Perfectil are: Active Ingredients: vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin C, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folacin, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, iron, magnesium, zinc, iodine, copper, manganese, chromium, selenium, cystine, natural mixed carotenoids, grape seed extract
Other Ingredients: mycrocrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, crosslinked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, silicon dioxide, natural colorings, and magnesium stearate.
Most of these ingredients are found in a good multi-vitamin. The benefits of Vitamins D, E, and C are well-researched. Vitamin C is a powerful anti-oxidant and Vitamins D & E work together to enhance the skin’s cell production. However there is nothing found on the list of ingredients that indicates to us that Perfectil is anything more than another multi-vitamin.
