Nicel Youth Enhancer Review

Nicel skin care includes products for the face, feet, knees and elbows, legs, heels and toes, as well as a men’s line of shaving and skin care products. Nicel Youth Enhancer is marketed as an antioxidant cream with alpha-beta hydroxy and amino hexapeptides. It is designed to reduce the effects of aging, minimize fine lines and wrinkles, gently remove dull, dry skin, moisturize newly revealed skin, reduce UV damage, help protect skin from cell damage caused by free radicals and environmental irritants, and naturally regenerate the skin’s appearance. The official website offers little information for each product in the line and only lists active ingredients.

Product Details

Nicel Youth Enhancer promises that it will reduce fine lines and wrinkles associated with the aging process. However the full list of ingredients is not disclosed on the official Nicel product website so it is difficult to ascertain if the product will truly address these skin issues. According to the product packaging, some of the ingredients include water, mineral oil, and alpha hydroxy acids. Alpha Hydroxy acids are found naturally in fruit as well as in sour milk, and they are typically found in over-the-counter skin care products claiming to reduce wrinkles and fine lines. Some people with sensitive skin have been known to experience dryness, redness and flaky, irritated skin with the use of AHA. Alpha Hydroxy lotions can also make the skin photosensitive, so sun exposure should be limited and sunscreen should be used on a daily basis. The ingredients that are listed in the Nicel Youth Enhancer formula are nothing new or unique and do fail in comparison to the advanced skin care products that are on the market today. The ingredients that are the most technologically advanced and proven safe to provide anti-aging benefits include Matrixyl 3000, Argireline, Hyaluronic Acid and Collagen.

The Good

  • Nicel Youth Enhancer can easily be ordered online from the company’s official website.

The Bad

  • The full list of ingredients is not disclosed on any of Nicel’s products.
  • Nicel products do not include advanced ingredients.
  • Nicel does not offer a money back guarantee.
  • Products can only be purchased through Paypal which limits the amount of consumers who will shop there, and the company website is somewhat unprofessional in comparison to other skin care companies.

The Bottom Line

Nicel Youth Enhancer likely will appeal to consumers who are in the market for an inexpensive skin care product and who are hoping to fight the visible signs of aging. Remember the saying “you get what you pay for”, which holds true when purchasing a skin care product that does not contain the latest proven ingredients. There are many inexpensive products available at your local drug store which contain Alpha Hydroxy so Nicel products do not really stand out as unique or innovative. If consumers are serious about tackling the fine lines and wrinkles associated with aging, they should look for skin care products that contain the latest proven ingredients because it may be worth the extra time and money.

    1. Can find Nicel at your local dollar, or closeout-type store. I found it the Dollar Tree, and let me tell you, it’s one of the best creams I’ve ever used. My skin looked smooth and beautiful after just a week of use with no dryness at all. I’ve used the more expensive products and this is better than most. The only problem is, that Nicel products are hard to find in store (online cost is around $5-still worth it);I stock up when I do come across it.

      1. do they have food city stores in Maryland I just got some from there today was 3 different kinds of creams from nicel

i use this product and it’s actually pretty good. just look at the ingredients. i don’t think you can find anything that compares for the price. it’s pretty thick so a little goes a long way. i use maracuja oil underneath. olive squalane would probably be better. so far i haven’t noticed an increase in breakouts.
