It is also said to contain plant sterols, antioxidants, Omega 3, Omega 6, the rare Omega 7 (palmitic acid), vitamins A and E, and Carotenoids. While omega-3 is considered to be necessary for overall skin health, it is not stated whether or not it directly benefits the reduction of wrinkles. Omega 6 is also said to be an essential nutrient for overall skin health. It was stated by a source that it can help with eczema and acne, but still nothing was found about it being used as an anti-wrinkle agent. Omega 7 is an incredibly rare fatty acid. In fact, there is only one other plant source to be found in entire plant kingdom – the macademia.
