The Juice Organics skin care line includes all certified organic ingredients. The Brightening Facial Serum, for instance, lists Organic juices of pyrus malus (apple) juice (malic acid), citrus medica limonum (lemon) juice (citric acid), organic saccharum officinarum (glycolic acid), organic aloe barbadensis leaf juice, glycerin, organic camellia sinensis (green tea) leaf extract, organic essential fatty acids of linum usitatissimum (linseed) seed & borago officinali (borage) seed, ubiquinone (coenzyme Q10), thioctic acid (alpha-lipoic acid), dipeptide-2, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-3, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate (vitamin C), tocopheryl acetate & tocopherol (vitamin E), sclerotium gum, phenoxyethanol, sodium hydroxide, benzyl alcohol, disodium edta, phospholipids, hyaluronic acid, potassium sorbate, azulene, linalool, geraniol, benzyl benzoate, benzyl salicylate, litsea cubeba (may chang)& cananga odorata (ylang ylang) pure essential oils as the ingredients. The other Juice Organics skin care products have similar long ingredient lists which can be difficult for the consumer to understand. More ingredients does not mean a more effective product line. There are a few good ingredients to note in this formula including the hyaluronic acid, which is used a lot in antiaging products - and various vitamins which are antioxidants aimed at reducing free radical damage. There are a few other beneficial ingredients on the list but that are shrouded by the sheer number of ingredients. Another concern is the top two ingredients - apple juice and lemon juice - the acidic nature of these juices could pose a problem for people with sensitive skin.

The Juice Organics have a hip and fun website for a product with far too many ingredients. The product line could be successful if the ingredient list included the necessary ingredients and left all the fillers at home. The use of apple and lemon juice as the top two ingredients could lead to irritation of the skin for sensitive users. The product is not hypo-allergenic which is essential for all skin care products today. We cannot support this product due to simple overkill.
