The two main active ingredients listed for the Hydroleyes product are Haloxyl and Matrixyl 3000, which is a known, powerful anti-aging ingredient, promotes collagen production, and is very high quality. Haloxyl focuses on hemoglobin degradation, meaning that it breaks down the blood under the eyes that pools in those areas and creates the dark circles and puffiness. The Hydroleyes product claims to reduce deep wrinkles around the eyes, but mainly to get rid of the dark circles under the eyes by using two ingredients such as Haloxyl and Matrixyl 3000. We are happy that this product is using the Matrixyl 3000 because it is a high quality and powerful anti-aging product. We were confused though, that while we were reviewing the before and after photos, we found that the models used may not have even used the Hydroleyes product. We also made attempts to purchase the product and was redirected to another product called Hydroxatone, which again was strange. We could not find the price of the Hydroleyes because of the website error.
