The ingredients are listed as Deonionized Water, Aloe Vera Gel and Hydrolyzed Collagen, Sodium Silicate, Propylene Glycol, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Cellulose gum, Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, Tocopherol (Vitamin-E), Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin-A), Cucumber Extract, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin-C) and Hydrolyzed Silk Proteins.
The first red flag comes with the ingredient Paraben. Paraben has been known to cause irritation in users with sensitive skin. Yet, there is no warning about the possible irritation. Aside from the Paraben, the remaining ingredients are somewhat lax in the Genie Instant Line Smoother. There are vitamins surely aimed at offering an antioxidant effect, but little else. Genie is great provided you use it correctly. You must pat on several thin layers and let them dry in between layers. If you put on any creams etc before the Genie they must be fully absorbed before applying Genie. Genie will plump up your lines and under eye bags upon drying. Several layers will only take several minutes to apply and dry, and IS worth it!

This stuff is great!! I have been using Genie Line Smoother for nearly 9 years and wouldn’t buy it if it didn’t work!Genie is meant to TIGHTEN the skin..not “reverse the signs of aging” like Juvederm does.I had Bells Palsy years ago,and this serum is the ONLY stuff that tightens my skin to make it look Symmetrical!I put it on, then gently hold both sides of face until it dries. I am 54 years old and people can’t believe I have a 30 yr old son! Obviously, the negative comment remarks are using it incorrectly.I love this stuff!

I have only expected skin tightening from this product, nothing more. I have severe bags under my eyes due to fat pads. With proper application, Genie eliminates these bags, usually 99%. When my application is perfect, 100%. I would not leave the house without applying it. It has saved my self-esteem.
