I asked for a refund after two months when I still hadn’t received the items, and they just kept putting me off and eventually stopped answering my emails and just ignored me. Ordered, and apparently they forgot to put my apartment number on the package. I tried to contact customer service, as UPS required that I contact the sender to fix the address, but I never got a response. Luckily, was able to pick it up myself.
