Bradley Pharmaceuticals, a company recently acquired by NycoMed US Inc., is the developer of Formula 405 AHA Facial Cream. The line also consists of several skin care products for the face, body and nails that the company says are formulated to offer relief from chronic skin and nail conditions. There is no official website for the company, however, and the products are available through various online distributors and internet retailers only. AHA is an acronym for Alpha Hydroxy Acid which is known to be found naturally in spoiled milk as well as some fruits. Alpha Hydroxy Acid is found in many skin care products promising to reduce wrinkles, exfoliate dead skin cells, and rejuvenate the appearance of the skin’s texture. Alpha Hydroxy Acids have been known to cause redness, dryness, flaking, and peeling in individuals with sensitive skin so Formula 405 AHA Facial Cream is not for everyone.
