Collagen is a natural substance in the skin that keeps skin firm and tight as well as soft and supple. The Enspri Collagen 5000 is a pure collagen powder, while the activator contains aloe vera, cucumber fruit extract, green tea extract, and Vitamins A, C, and E. The inclusion of these ingredients may provide an antioxidant effect on the skin but without further information as to the concentrations, it is difficult to assess whether they are present in sufficient quantities to be effective. Although collagen is definitely an ingredient we look for in anti-wrinkle and anti-aging products, peptides such as Matrixyl 3000 and Argiriline are included with the collagen in the most effective products.
