Decoderm is a relatively new product on the American cosmetic scene. It is a beauty product sold widely in Europe, Asia and Australia. The manufacturer has released a number of products related to anti-aging. Regular use of Decoderm is said to erase all signs of aging and create skin that is smooth, tight and younger looking. Decoderm products include makeup, Concealers, powders, eyeliners and many types of hand and face creams. Like all cosmetic products, moisturizing ability is also said to be a key effect of Decoderm. The manufacturers claim that Decoderm products can protect you against the environment and will keep your skin younger looking. There is no website, and the Decoderm line of products is only sold via dealers.

Product Details

Unfortunately, there is no listing of the ingredients in Decoderm. All skincare lovers should know that there is also a similar pharmaceutical product sold in the USA. Also known as Decoderm, it contains a fluprednylidene-21-acetate. This topical cream is used to treat a variety of skin rashes and dermatitis. It is not used to reverse signs of aging skin. Use of topical products containing steroids for a long period of time is associated with a number of side effects including thinning and breakdown of the skin and acne blemishes.

The Bottom Line

Decoderm is a big disappointment. There is no website and there are very few dealers. The product appears to be available in Asia and Europe. The few dealers make a lot of claims about the benefits of Decoderm but not a single dealer provides a list of ingredients. It is hard to come to a judgment on Decoderm without knowing what the formulation includes. Even the price of the products is confusing. The few Decoderm beauty products on a British website only list lipsticks, concealers, nail varnishes, lip gloss and liquid eye shadow. None of the sites listed any anti-aging product. For those of us who live in North America, it may sound crazy to order to $10 lip gloss from England. While the Decoderm line of products is cheap, they appear to be marketed to a home audience in the Orient. To give the benefit of the doubt to Decoderm manufacturers, perhaps they have not yet developed a website, or perhaps they do not see a need for it. In any case, Decoderm products are nothing spectacular. Similar products can be obtained in any department store in the USA. In today’s world of fake and counterfeit products that contain an unknown number of chemicals, it is essential that the consumer know what they are putting on their body.
