In the last decade, it appears that anything from the Dead Sea is being formulated into something to sell to the public. First there was the mud, then the sand and now the waters are said to be something special and potent. Dead Sea Treasures is a cosmetic company that makes a comprehensive line of beauty and cosmetic products. The company has an extensive formulation of expensive soaps, lotions and creams for many types of skin conditions. A major thrust of the company is related to its vast variety of anti-aging creams, that are said to reverse fine lines and wrinkles. There are also rich creams for dry skin and lotions that can erase minor skin pigmentation due to aging. The manufacturer claims that regular use of Dead Sea Treasures results in skin that will appear wrinkle free, firm and fresh, with no pigmentation. The majority of products listed on site appear to be hypoallergenic and fragrance free. Besides the regular skin care products, the Dead Sea Treasures manufacturer also sells a variety of travel kits.

Product Details

Unfortunately Dead Sea Treasures does not reveal all of the ingredients under each product. The few ingredients that are posted include: Aloe Vera, silicon oil, anti-oxidant, Avocado oil, sweet almost oil, wheat germ and jojoba oil.

The Good

  • Relatively cheap.
  • Contain natural ingredients.
  • Decent moisturizer.
  • Does have Aloe Vera in some product formulations.

The Bad

  • No refund policy.
  • No address or phone listed.
  • No anti aging ingredients.
  • No testimonials.
  • No photos.
  • Complete list of ingredients not listed.

The Bottom Line

Dead Sea Treasures hypes itself as a manufacturer of extravagant and exclusive cosmetic products that are rich in natural minerals. However, the website is woefully lacking in many things. The website has no phone or address listed. There is no refund policy mentioned. The list of ingredients is missing and there is nothing special about the few ingredients like sweet almond oil or aloe vera. There is not a single ingredient listed that can explain how Dead Sea Creature Treasures can reverse aging. Aloe Vera has skin healing properties but can not reverse wrinkles. The only positive about Dead Sea Treasures is that the prices are relatively cheap. It is difficult to know where Dead Sea Treasures is operating out of. The products are cheap but would not be cost effective if one has to order them from Israel. While there are a lot of claims made about the Dead Sea and its nutrient rich soil and water, there is no mention of this on the entire website. Over the years, much has been made about the soil and water from the Dead Sea but there has been little scientific or clinical evidence to back up these statements. The only reason to buy Dead Sea Treasures formulas is because they are relatively cheap for such an exotic ingredient.
