Charmzone DeAge Cream comes in a couple of different varieties, with the purpose of refreshing and rebalancing the skin while restoring resiliency to it. These products are available through the company website and through a number of online retailers who offer the full Charmzone DeAge line for sale. In addition to the different creams, this line includes a makeup base, toner, emulsion, eye cream and a number of gift sets. The products are reasonably priced, with the Charmzone DeAge Red-Addition Nutrient Cream selling for around $38 at one online retailer at the time of this review.
Our first concern with the Charmzone DeAge Red-Addition Nutrient Cream is the lack of ingredient information that is available for the product. We could not find a complete ingredient list at the product website, or at any of the online retailers we looked at. Lack of ingredient information is a concern for those with sensitive skin or allergies, since it is difficult to determine if there will be a reaction to the product without knowing what is in it. It can also be difficult to know if the active ingredients in a product will be truly effective unless you know what those active ingredients are and what substances they will be working with.
Product Details
The Charmzone DeAge Red-Addition Nutrient Cream contains “red wine balls” that soften the skin as they are massaged into the surface. It is this ingredient that claims to detoxify the skin and add resiliency to it. Another ingredient that is touted in this formula is CRD-2, which includes red wine, tomato, pomegranate and mulberry. As far as we can tell, the primary function of this substance is to provide the skin with antioxidants that can help protect the skin from free radicals in the environment that can lead to aging skin including fine lines and wrinkles.
Other proven anti-wrinkle ingredients appear to be absent from the Charmzone DeAge cream. These would include hyaluronic acid, collagen, matrixyl and argireline, which can effectively hydrate and smooth the skin and diminish the appearance of wrinkles. Without any of these substances in the mix, we cannot be confident that this formula will be effective on the war against aging.
