Boots No. 7 is a beauty, cosmetic and skin care company based in the United Kingdom. It claims to be the number one company in the country there, providing a massive number of products all geared toward keeping the skin youthful and beautiful. The wipes in this review are a facial cleansing product rather than an anti-aging product, and are available through various retail outlets such as Target and Wal-Mart.

Product Details

Boots No. 7 Wipes are facial cleansing wipes designed for quickly removing dirt and makeup from the skin when washing the face with a traditional cleanser and water is not possible. Many people turn to these wipes instead of a cleanser and water when they are in a hurry. We don’t have access to an ingredient list but from the other reviews we’ve seen, these wipes are good at removing a small amount of makeup, as well as a large amount of makeup (such as the amount worn for a stage performance) just the same. The wipes come in packages of 30, for around $6.99 each at Target, so at 21 cents per wipe, it is a good investment. Considering you could easily use that amount of water and cleanser when you wash your face in the morning and at night, these may be a cheaper and equally effective alternative. To use, simply get a wipe from the package and rub it over your face. Toss the wipe in the garbage and you’re done.

The Good

  • These wipes are a good facial cleansing alternative to a traditional cleanser and water.
  • These wipes are cost effective for even the tightest of budgets.

The Bad

  • Boots No. 7 Wipes are not an anti-aging product.
  • There are no customer testimonials on the company’s website.
  • There are no free trials or money back guarantees.

The Bottom Line

For people who are looking for a quick and easy way to wash their face, this is a viable option. These can be used in a quick pinch or they can completely replace their facial cleanser with these wipes. Ultimately though, since we don’t know the quality or the actual ingredients used to form the cleanser in these wipes, we cannot recommend them over any other product. For people who are looking for an anti-aging product, these wipes have nothing to offer. It is best to find a product that contains proven ingredients you know will work to reduce lines and wrinkles while firming the skin and add this to your overall skin care regimen.

I purchased the Boots #7, use it just as they the package read. Over 4 weeks later I saw no results. A week and a half ago I called the company and I still haven’t heard back from them.
