It is a blend of marine proteins designed to improve hair, nails and skin and to reduce the signs of aging. MSM is an ingredient for which research is mixed. Some studies have found it to have an anti-inflammatory effect while others have found it to do nothing. However, we prefer to see collagen in a topical application as it is readily absorbed into the skin. None of the other ingredients in BellaNutri really stand out as being especially able to reduce the signs of aging.
