Beauty Noir is a distributor for skin care and makeup products formulated for women of color. In the Beauty Noir skin care line of products there are cleansers, toners, and moisturizers, and also a grouping just for mature skin. Unfortunately, the Beauty Noir website provides little information for each of its products. We were unable to locate a full ingredient list for each product and, in many cases, the active ingredients are not listed. The company refers to results from a “panel” but that is not the same thing as a clinical trial and there is no indication that the Beauty Noir products have been thoroughly tested.
