Avalon Organics Review

There are several “organic” skin care and beauty lines available at this time. It may seem that more and more consumers are seeking out all-natural solutions to their aging dilemma. One company that offers skin care, hair care, baby care, and bath and body products is Avalon Organics. This company claims to seek out organic ingredients for their treatments. In turn, the goal is to support a “cleaner environment” and “good health.” In regards to the skin care line, Avalon Organics offers categories like Cleansers, Intensives, Vitamin C, Toners, Lavender, Moisturizers and COQ10.

The COQ10 line of Avalon Organics treatments focuses on anti-aging and on encouraging a more youthful and radiant complexion. These skin care products appear to be primarily geared toward middle-aged women. Some of them are the Facial Cleansing Milk, Wrinkle Defense Serum, Ultimate Firming Body Lotion, Perfecting Facial Toner and Wrinkle Defense Night Cream. As you may have guessed, the primary ingredient in these treatments is COQ10. This is a substance that may help with skin repair, improve skin firmness, boost elasticity, prevent free radical damage, regenerate cells, minimize crow’s feet around the eyes and aid with wrinkle reduction. There are seven different products in the COQ10 line from Avalon Organics. Additional key ingredients incorporated into these treatments are Vitamin C (helps with skin cell turnover) and Lavender (calms skin).

Product Details

Avalon Organics products were developed to potentially improve hair, facial skin and body areas. With key active components like COQ10, Lavender and Vitamin C, this treatment line aims to reduce common signs of aging, while improving the overall appearance of skin and hair. While it does not specify when Avalon Organics first began, the official website offers the date 2005, which may be when it was founded. There is a convenient ingredient glossary posted on the website, which allows consumers to learn more about specific ingredients found in Avalon Organics products. This company does not test on animals. Currently there are no free samples available.

The Good

  • There is an “ingredient glossary” presented on the official website.
  • Avalon Organics doesn’t test their products on animals.
  • Some natural moisturizers are found in Avalon Organics skin care treatments.

The Bad

  • There are no free samples of Avalon Organics products available at this time.
  • Very little information is actually provided on the company that manufactures these treatments.
  • There is not a specific line of products for men.
  • No product specials are offered on the official Avalon Organics website for new or old customers.

The Bottom Line

The Avalon Organics brand, like several other brands out there, pitches a full line of “organic beauty treatments.” However, it’s quite difficult to determine if the products are completely organic. Furthermore, some consumers may not even be totally clear on the actual concept of “organic.” This should be better explained on the official website. It would naturally be nice to see some consumer reviews and a money-back guarantee posted on the Avalon Organics website, in addition to a men’s general skin care line.
