Wading through the numerous skin care brands and treatments can take time. However, it is certainly important to know what goes in the products you use daily. This is why we created this review on Auravie. After reviewing the official website for this brand, it is clear that their goal is to provide women and men with high-quality skin care products. Although it is stated on the main website that Auravie is dedicated to providing 100 percent customer satisfaction, there is no 100% satisfaction guarantee for their products. This essentially means you cannot get a full refund if you are unsatisfied.
Product Details
The Auravie skin care line is quite broad and extensive. There are five main categories, which are Auravie, Dead Sea, Organic, Natural, and Limited Edition. Under the Auravie category, you will find Facial Care products. There are essentially four different options, which are listed as the Refresh Facial Peel ($89.99), Revive Age-Defying Serum ($129.99), Replenish Day/Night Moisturizer ($109.99), and the Auravie 3-In-1 Skincare System (this is all three products for $219.99).
In regards to the Auravie Revive Age-Defying Serum, this topical treatment endeavors to heighten skin elasticity, hydrate, improve tone, lift, diminish wrinkles, tighten pores, and fade fine lines. A full list of ingredients for this face serum is as follows: Water(Aqua), Euterpe Oleracea fruit oil( Acai Berries), Aloe Barbadensis leaf, Glycerin, Camellia Sinensis leaf extract, Resveratrol, Vitis Vinifera(Red Wine Extract), Heliantus Annuus(Sunflower) seed oil Unsaponifiables, lecithin(Phospholipids) Glycine Soja(Soybean) Unsaponifiables, CM-Glucan(Yeast Extract) Xantan, Hyaluronic Acid, Cholcalciferol(Vitamin D3), Tocopherol Acetate, Phenoxyethanol, and Potasium Sorbate. However, the core active ingredients are listed as Vitamin D (promotes skin cell renewal), Acai Berry Extract (powerful antioxidant), Omega 3, 6 and 9, as well as Resveratrol (combats free radical damage).
The Good
- It is easy to acquire any Auravie skin care products through the official website.
- There is a convenient 1-800 number provided on the main website.
- This company emphasizes the importance of customer care.
The Bad
- There is no solid refund guarantee provided with Auravie skincare treatments.
- These products are quite expensive in comparison to many others.
- No customer reviews are found on the official website.
- Clinical research is not provided to support the claims made about Auravie topical remedies.
The Bottom Line
In the end, you really need to just decide what type of skincare regimen is right for you. The first thing you should address is your skin’s needs. What issues do you need assistance with? This will help guide you to the right skincare line or product. As for Auravie, this brand is a tad on the pricey side, and does not even offer a money-back guarantee, which makes us wonder if they truly stand behind their products.

Be very careful – BIG scam! They will take your money and NO customer service. SCAM

Jill, have you taken any corrective action on AuraVie. I was doing my grandma’s finances and found out they have charged her 98 dollars for the past four months after she had canceled by phone during trial period and was assured no more charges would be made.

Sorry Anna, they won’t give you any refund except they will send you the product (which ofcourse we don’t want it anymore)instead of giving your money back. “WHICH MAKES US WONDER IF THEY TRULLY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS”. They’re hoping that you will overlook the 60 days,so they can say “oh its online stating that no refund” This is their way of misleading customers. Not enough information about this…even their Reps won’t emphasize it enough or explain it clearly… That’s why for people who are interested in this product, beware…there are other better & reasonable products out there. You can check QVC Ana, they have good skin regimen and their customer service is great! Even if you past the 30 or 60 days, they’ll work it out with you. You will get a refund, I mean your money back.

This is a big scam. I ordered this product 15 days ago. Company name AMD advertizes as a free trial for the cost of shipping and handling of $2.95. I received a box with three products shortly after I ordered on 09/27/2012. On 10/12/2012 I checked my bank account and saw they charged me $97.88. I called 866-785-3786 to ask why they charged me. They told me that the free trial is only for 10 days. I told them that is not listed on their website. A costumer representative Daisy claimed that I was on a wrong website. She was rude and protective of the company. I told her that the produce gave me red dry spots around my nose and forehead; she told me that’s why you have 10 days to call and stop the trail. I tried to get my money back sine I feel tricked. She offered me another product or $35.00. I asked for my money back, she told me somebody will call me back in 24-48h. I do not trust this company. When I asked how come the product shows on my bank account as AMD she told me they have many different product, but when they sent a shipping confirmation they listed the products name as Auravie. I agreed with Niki, this product felt very sticky and heavy and I wanted to wash it off immediately. It just felt cheap.

Is AuraVie & Lift Serum Pro an all natural heerbal product?
[Reply]
It is too bad that one only has such a
short time to test your product.
I have Rosacea and use oxegentic for it
It works very well but of course does not
do much for wrinkles.
But not to give it at least 2 months is
unheard of.
But to evaluate your product in less
than 10 days time is this.
The moisturizer is very sticky after it
is on the face. It looks wonderful in
the jar and feels great on touching it
but then becomes very heavy feeling
and my make up, which is also from
Oxygentics, does not move well on my
face.
The cleanser works well and the serum
feels good but I definitely was not
happy when I woke up each morning
because I would have a red bump on
my face in one place or another which
seemed to move to a different place
each day and then disappear. It’s hard
to explain.
But Thankyou for letting me try for
this very short time.
Sincerely,
Myrna Rettegi

AURAVIE IS FAKE!!!!!!
Please pepole don’t get fooled!! If you go to their trial website all RESULT PICTURES ARE FAKE!! THEY ARE JUST MIRROR IMAGES OF EACH OTHER, with addition of Photoshop.
I never write any reviews but this is just impossible to be silent about.

Don’t fall for this one — they use deceptive business practices to charge much more than the small fee they quote for the “sample.”

fraudulant ripoff! will cancel your order an dstill bill your bank account, I had to change my bank account number that I had for 40 years to stop the automatic withdrawals AFTER they cancelled their order, I was hung up on, lied to and never want to do business with them again

you are absolutely correct! That’s how they get their business going from customers who can’t get their funds.

I fell for the trial offer for a very low price. What wasn’t made clear was they would bill you for almost $100.00 after 10 days. It took a conference call between an Auravie rep, myself and my credit card company to get them to to drop partial charges and cancel the automatic orders. The company is a scam. Beware of them. Don’t order their products!

Aura vie – DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. IT IS A SCAM. I ordered the trial product and received a 30 day supply (I was told) almost overnight. I thought their shipping service was amazing didn’t know there was an ulterior motive. The reason that there is a rush to get these items to customers means no response in 10 days Aura vie keeps your money. A week later checked my account these sneaky people and I use the term loosely scammed my account for $98.00. I called them and a less than sympathetic representative stated if I wanted a refund of my money the product would have to be at their place of operation by the 16th for a refund of my money. It was also stated that they must call me prior to refunding my MONEY! And now my telephone number has been hijacked. Finally, this $1.95 introductory offer has cost me thus far $98.00 for something I did not order plus $1.98 for the trial which I ordered and $10.00 at the post office to return the unwanted product.
[Reply]
The No risk trial is hardly no risk-whether or not you like the product, you are stuck paying far more than the $2.95 shipping. If you like it, it is $98.00, if not, you send it back at your expense and pay a 15% restocking fee.

I thought I was ordering a free sample, and then I get billed 97 dollars because I had not returned their product. Apparently this was mentioned in small print (very small) at the very bottom of the order screen. I thought I was just paying for shipping of a small sample. When I explained the confusion, they were very inflexible, unwilling to refund me. DO NOT USE THESE PRODUCTS, NOT WORTH IT BY ANY MEANS. I do not like the deceptive techniques they use to charge people by tricking them into getting a free sample, that turns into a very expensive product after just 10 days. I can see by those reviews that I am not the only one who has been scammed.

This has turned into a nightmare for us. My wife ordered a free trial offer ($4.95 S&H) to try products from Bella Labs, also in California. My credit card shows now that not only have we been billed almost $90 for THAT “free” trial, but credit card bill also shows a $97 charge for a “free” trial sample of products from Auravie. Guess what: we never ordered anything from this company but they claim we did and in a conference call tonight with Auravie and my credit card company they deny any affiliation with Bella Labs. I’m betting they’re one in the same (with different labels and California addresses)Auravie is now claiming that they’ll stop any more shipments and they’ll send me (at no charge) the $97 order that they claim I requested. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT NAMED AURAVIE, only two shipments of similar stuff from Bella Labs which I’m attempting to return (unopened)and be refunded for. My credit card company (Bank of America) is acting quite helpless, saying that the lengthy “terms and conditions” (which didn’t show on the offer until after I ordered it) warned that the product had to be returned within 14 days of the day the order was placed. Meanwhile, it’s supposed to be a free trial offer that purportedly produced positive results in 28 days!!!!

Do not order this product…I have sensitive skin and these products says ”for all skin types.” These products broke my skin out and didnt do anything for my wrinkles… I tried Dr. Jeanette Graf products…These products really works and they can be purchased from HSN.

I ordered this product as a free trial also. I used it twice and it burned my skin. I emailed the company to find out the exact return policy. They said they left messages on a phone that was not in service at the time. I email again and never received a response. The third email gave me the return policy. I called and they already took $98 dollars from my account and said that the trial period was up and they tried to call. Why did they not email me if they had any concern for their customers. I emailed them this morning in which I received an email back immediately. They waited until they got their money before responding to me. So not only did the bank give them the $98 that wasn’t in my account, the bank also charged me $37 for insufficient funds; I was not budgeting for this. I want to find every place on the internet that I can to warn everyone what a terrible product and horrible customer service this company has. I was not permitted to speak with management, they spoke through the customer service agent; who, by the way, tried to overtalk me the whole conversation and promptly hung the phone up in my ear.

Big scam!!! Don’t fall for it!!! The representatives are trained by script when you call to cancel your order. They know that it s a scam as well! The product dried of my skin and hey refused to return it at the 10 day trial. BEWARE!!!

I too have been duped by Auravie do not fall for their gimmicks! Nothing about them is risk free don’t fall for anything they advertise. I wasn’t given 10 days to even try their product before they charged my bank account over $90. Also that dollar amount is not disclosed to you when you sign up for your “risk free” trial of their product. What they are doing should be illegal!
