Anna Bellina is a cosmetic beauty firm that makes a number of skin care products using natural ingredients. The chief objective of the company is to use minimal or no artificial chemicals and to utilize natural ingredients to both heal and beautify the skin. The classic skincare products made by Anna Bellina include cleansers, moisturizers, toners and anti-aging creams.

The Anna Bellina style is to use powerful cosmetceuticals charged with fermented botanicals and 95% organic ingredients. The website does mention that use of Anna Bellina products can help rejuvenate the skin, making it look younger and more aesthetically pleasing. The majority of the products have to be applied regularly to get the maximum cosmetic benefit.

Product Details

Unfortunately, Anna Bellina does not divulge the ingredients in their skincare products. Browsing through the internet, it appears that some of the products may contain Alginate, Aloe Vera, Amino Acids, Beta Glucan, Black Willowbark, Calcium, Chickweed, DMAE, Emu Oil, Gotu Kola, Green Tea, Hemp Seed Oil, Horsetail, Hyaluronic Acid, Iris, Jojoba Oil, Marine Collagen, Matrixyl, MSM, Neem, Olive Oil, Pearl, Rooibos, Rose Hip Oil, Rose, Rosemary, Squalane Oil, Vitamins A, B3, B5, C , C ester E F, White Tea and Rosemary Essential Oil.

The Good

  • Decent explanation of products.
  • The Anna Bellina website is easy to follow.
  • Prices are reasonable.
  • Does offer samples at low cost to try out.
  • Does include Hyaluronate.
  • Certified organic products.

The Bad

  • No testimonials.
  • No refunds
  • No guarantees
  • Have to pay for samples
  • No pre-use and post-use photos
  • No clinical trials
  • Many complaints about customer service.
  • Ingredients not listed on website.

The Bottom Line

Anna Bellina products are reasonably priced and some of the natural products may have benefit in improving skin care. However, the website run by Anna Bellina has no ingredients listed. Is it not reasonable for a customer to know what the ingredients are in a product he/she is buying? Further, Anna Bellina has received a tremendous amount of bad press on the internet. It appears that many customers have had a bad experience with customer service. While a single case can be blamed on a greedy or difficult customer, there are many customer complaints. Some customers have complained about paying for the free samples, others have complained about refunds and still others have simply not been satisfied with the Anna Bellina products. In many cases, it appears that customer service simply did not care. While we do not endorse or oppose Anna Bellina products, customer service is an essential part of any business. Anna Bellina does have many decent products but if the Company wants to be successful, it had better pay heed to the complaints listed on cyberspace. And better still; please do supply a list of ingredients. If not, it is very difficult to get too excited about any of the Anna Bellina products.

I BEEN USING ANNA BELLINA PRODUCTS FOR 8 YEARS NOW AND I WOULD NOT CHANGE THEM FOR ANY OTHER PRODUCT, I STARTED USING THEM AFTER I DECIDED THAT I NO LONGER WANTED TO DEPEND ON ANTIBIOTIC, OR CREAM PRESCRIBED FOR MILD ACNE THAT ONLY MADE IT WORSE AND IT MADE ME DEPENDENT ON SUCH TREATMENTS , SO I DECIDED TO GIVE A TRY TO THIS NATURAL PRODUCTS AND I COMPLETELY LOVE THEM . NO MORE ANTIBIOTICS OR CREAMS . ANNA BELLINA’S PRODUCT REALLY DO WORK . I DO AGREE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THE BEST BUT ITS OK WITH ME. ALL I CARE ABOUT IS THE PRODUCT. HOPE THIS HELPS

I recently received my order. The ingredient list was not on the bottle. It was on the invoice. It did not look like the product I ordered. I emailed her and received 2 emails. One just brushed me off. The other was very rude and insulting. The way she reacted to my question lead me to believed that here products are not what they seem
