American Beauty claims that the cream can help improve the texture and protect the skin from harsh environmental influences like wind, and cold weather that can contribute to the look of aged skin. The purported benefits of this anti-aging cream are many. This American Beauty product is apparently suitable for all types of skin, and in just 4 weeks it is claimed to be able to help repair skin imperfections in more than 50% of individuals. The cream is also non-acnegenic. The American Beauty Youthful Anti Aging cream has been tested for allergies and is safe for use around the eyes. If the cream is applied on a regular basis, the end result is a skin that appears radiant, bright, young and smooth.

The American Youthful Anti aging cream only contains natural ingredients which include the following: Olive leaf and white birch extracts which act as firming agents and as anti oxidants, Extracts from Rosemary and vitamins C, E and B5 which combine to form a potent antioxidant, sunflower seed, barley and cucumber extracts which create the ability of the cream to from a skin barrier, and Shea butter, which is added as an emollient.

The American Beauty Youthful Anti Aging cream appears to be a decent product and reasonably priced. It does contain several firming agents, which may be responsible for the youthful appearance of the skin. Further, the presence of numerous antioxidants in the product can help decrease the effects of the environment on the skin. How and what ingredients are responsible for the anti-aging effects is not explained. Further, besides Ashley Judd, it is important for American Beauty to post some pictures of consumers who have benefited from this cream. Ashley Judd may simply be a spokesperson for American Beauty and she may have been paid money- so her views or appearance is always biased. American Beauty Cosmetics is certainly a well-established line, but it’s difficult to say if they’ve put enough effort into their anti-aging offering. Many times, when a big-name cosmetics brand creates an anti-aging product, it’s more of a way to cash in on brand recognition than a really cutting-edge wrinkle treatment. In any case, for $27, the cream isn’t too big of a risk. If it does not work, you can always blame Ashley Judd.
